A snapshot of the digital strategy and content creation services they have provided include: plan, create, manage, liaise, curate, research, copywrite, train, and develop the strategic messages in accordance with the Quinte Economic Development Commission’s (QEDC) 2014 – 2019 Target Market Study and Strategic Plan, as well as the 2017 QEDC Plan.
Tangible Words has also been able to provide much-needed digital strategic communications training to senior management, stakeholders and key individuals in our organization to help with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns and social media activity planning—as well as the use of our website content management software. Tangible Words even liaisons with our website developers to articulate, brainstorm, develop and direct resolution for technical issues we have from time to time. Tangible Words wrote all the content for our previous site five years ago - and it is so well articulated that when we updated the design this year, we did not have to budget for content again. None the less, Tangible Words still worked with our web development team to review key content elements of our 2017 design and continues to make sure our economic development website is competitive."
